The hotel location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions. I loved the charming canal right outside the hotel, it added an authentic touch to the experience. The room may have been small, but it was clean and comfortable. The helpful receptionist went out of their way to assist us and even recommended a great local restaurant. I had a pleasant stay at Basilea and would recommend it to others.

Easy to get to on foot from the train station and close to the central station. Convenient location to my arrival and departure by transportation. The hotel is clean and has all necessary amenities. Staff is helpful and check-in process was quick and easy.
